Coachwerks are looking for an arts admin assistant to work closely with its creative team and support this innovative arts/co-working space. This role would initially be an unpaid internship, but there is huge scope for the development of the role and if successful we hope it will become a paid position.
Approx 20 hours per week. Flexible hours, office space provided, some home working a possibility.
Tasks:
- Developing relationships with potential new clients/collaborators
- Taking enquiry calls/organising site visits
- Managing info@coachwerks inbox
- Maintaining mailing list
- Coordinating monthly newsletter/press release
- Developing marketing opportunities – press etc.
- Managing memberships
- Basic accounting
- Managing co-workers licence agreements/payment
- Managing takings from events/bar etc.
