Daniel Somerville presents three solo movement performances, including a new work, I’m Leaving You, a revival of his acclaimed First Piano Concerto and a new adaptation of his opera, My Egypt Stories. Dark, emotional landscapes of sexuality and vulnerability that combine the focus of Butoh, political potency of neo-burlesque and extended emotions of operatic performance.
