It's unbelievable, but it really is happening before our very eyes! This time last year and none of us would have thought this possible - but with some guts, determination & a whole lotta love Coachwerk's resourceful crew have boosted the space to a new level of usability, functionality and general niceness.
I started Coachwerks on the premise that if we centred the development of the project on building a work-in-progress-community first, we could achieve something that would actually make a difference, be active and have something to say. In phase one, I introduced these ideas & the possibility of the project & phase 2 saw increased commitment and involvement. Now at phase 3, the space itself is taking the reigns, shaping itself towards a future based on solid foundations.
We've still got a ton to do, but the weight has shifted, the tide ebbs.
& while we all glow a little at this kind of unprecedented human victory (the concreting of a large floor with approx. 70 tons of matter), its still business as usual:
- This is your space - a place to unleash your energy, your ideas & your love and in return we'll support you and try to help make it happen
- These are your people - our community is doing something different and we want you to be involved - we don't do cliques - we only want good quality and to be able to live nicely. And nice dinners.
