Yael Karavan & The Karavan Ensemble are offering 5 Free open Theatre, Dance and Music workshops for Hollingdean Youth at Coachwerks!
as part of the creation of 'A Ship of Fools' for the Brighton Fringe.

The workshops will propose various introductions through games to dance, movement, and theatre. As well as an approach to music composition and improvisation with various instruments and objects. By a professional group of performers.

My objective is to open Coachwerks doors and give the young people of Hollingdean's community a glimpse into the creative process of this project which I believe to be a very inspiring and rewarding process.

The workshops will be divided into 3 main parts and will offer a home baked pizza for lunch.

Time Table
11-1pm - Theatre and dance improvisation workshop
1-1.35pm - Lunch break
1.35- 3.30pm- Music workshops and improvisations for the parades.
3.30- 3.45pm - Short break
3.45- 5.00 pm - sharing of our work in progress showing the participants the different stages of the development of 'A Ship of Fools' and getting their straight forward feedback.
