On Tuesday 16th March there's a fifth Slack Space Brighton event.
Please come! Please bring your questions, ideas and projects!
Background
--
Slack Space is a 'grassroots regeneration' movement (regeneration is
by us as well as for us). The point is to make better, creative use of
dead, empty, missing buildings in the city, and have everybody
(landlord, neighbourhood, local authority, etc.) happy about it. But
also to move towards a more flexible 'space economy' - the way in
which a space is talked about, how we describe it and define it (who
owns it, who can use it, how easy it is to give it to someone else,
how easy it is to change the use of the space).

Time: 7pm sharp - 9pm
Price: £3
Format: Q&A. Four to six speakers. Instead of the usual method of delivery: Talk about what you do, talk about what you've done, Q&A session etc., speakers will talk about what they do through questions alone. This allows the audience to ask them anything that they feel is relevant, rather than the speaker assuming what they might find interesting
