How can we fully accept ourselves when we are constantly running around avoiding ourselves like dog's chasing their own tails? Kate Hilder and Sam Alty take on this age old philosophical question, spending 4 days exploring it scientifically in the performance laboratory. Come and watch the culmination of this research as the two 'impronauts' experiment in front of your very eyes drawing on their practice of Action Theatre, martial arts, dance, meditation, Blue Peter and the Feldenkrais Method. Both graduated from Harvard with PhDs in Impronautics.
